Ok Im officially freaked out and I’m very scared

So earlier my sister layed on top of me like horizontally I guess and then I got a groinal response but it felt like very real and then I looked at her but and got an even more intense feeling and I’m like wtf wtf wtf but at the moment it felt so real and like I was just thinking no way this isn’t real and I’m like wtf now and I’m scared and I’m like actually like WTF And I haven’t like been having anymore like intrusive thoughts or feelings that have to do with my sister anymore but I’m having them again and I’m so scared cause this time it felt like real and like I wanted those feelings but I’m like freaking out

Ocd does all these mind games. I learned even though I don’t like to with ocd facing the intrusion. I could feel this or I could not feel this. Sometimes with my ocd it helps so the racing thoughts of do I feel this or that don’t keep playing. Hope you feel better! I have so many triggers, phobias, obsessions & compulsions & working in a dental office def added to my already 100 + OCD’s. Does exercise or doing anything you enjoy help?

@Meggiemeggles0783 I daydream a lot, I guess sorta like maladaptive daydreaming, sometimes it’s intentional and sometimes I’m just daydreaming without trying, but when I do try it’s like a way to distract myself-but I still get bad thoughts, I draw too and it does help, I like reading and watching videos. The thing that’s helped me the most is being with friends, but they’re always busy

@Yeye123 Me too! That’s awesome you draw! I love art & admire artists! I’ve gone crazy buying art from artists! Aww I know it’s hard when people are not available. It’s the same for me. Most of my friends moved so I spend a lot of time alone but when I am at the gym I get a little socializing in & when I get out. With my obstacles it’s good I work through doing most outings on my own. Getting to park, going to store etc.

OCD will convince you of things that aren’t true. Try to disconnect those thoughts from feelings, that’s where the fear comes in. Because you worry that you MIGHT like it, and that starts the cycle of obsession

@jamesconnor Yes I hate the fears & triggers & uncontrollable worry & when I give in to my ocd & making it stronger.

@Meggiemeggles0783 Try your best to become neutral to the thoughts. I’m not a professional but from my understanding if you try to push them away they will only come back stronger. Don’t give them any power just let them go away on their own. My ocd books says “think of them like clouds passing overhead. Don’t try to engage them and eventually they will dissipate”

I'm as woman, but I know it's normal for guys to get groinals. Women get excited in sexual ways too. Normal human responses. May I ask why your sister would lie across the you? Are you close in age? Please try not to worry about this. OCD is good at making us feel bad or guilty about ourselves. Not true.

I’m scared does anyone else have these thoughts?

TW!!!! TW! Not talking abt SOCD in talking abt those really gross intrusive thoughts about sexual things with family ,friends, animals, random people. Mine is with family specifically my mom and I am so scared and my OCD is saying I actually want these thoughts to happen irl. I’m scared and these thoughts aren’t just the average incest thoughts there are sooo messed up it crazy, a few weeks ago I gas a thought that I was pregnant with that family member I mentioned before and I know ewwwwww wtf it’s sooo bad and I’m scared ppl will judge me for it in here or my therapist I’m so scared and it keeps adding to this thought like what it would be like if that were true and it’s sounds so crazy and gross and f****d up I feel so guilty and scared and I don’t wanna do ERP cuz I’m scared worse thoughts will come and your probably think well I can’t get worse then that but unfortunately it probably could anyways I’m sorry for ranting and pls pls reply cuz I feel rlly alone cuz I feel like no one gets THESE thoughts aghhh 😖

I’m freaking out please help

I don’t know if my hormones are extra wild this month or what, but I have been having so many POCD thoughts lately. It feels like I enjoy them in the moment, and then a few seconds later, I get this tiny flicker of *wait I don’t think I actually want to enjoy that.* It’s scaring me a lot. I was watching adult videos for the first time in about a year, since I had been avoiding them because of my OCD. I know they are not good for anyone, but I felt like i could (ironically it felt like a tiny win that my OCD had calmed down enough). But while watching, I had like 3 separate POCD thoughts. And it felt like I liked them. Like genuinely *liked* them. I don’t know if maybe my body was mixing up physical pleasure and mental pleasure, and then my brain inserted those not okay thoughts into the situation, which got tangled up with the pleasure responses I felt mentally and physically. It is all really confusing. I just feel so scared. I know OCD thoughts are supposed to feel real, and that once you get desensitized to the anxiety, they lose their power. But this feels like I am *actually enjoying* the thoughts, and that makes me want to cry. I’m scared that I actually like these thoughts when I’m really aroused :( Please help.

Can someone please offer words of advice :(

Why are things so real the first time they’re in my mind and then when I think about it later it’s easier for me to be like wtf?? I was watching a movie earlier and the young girl had developed more in the chest area than the last movie and I felt the desire to check her out so I did. Then later I let myself imagine her having sex and I liked it. But now looking back I’m like ew. The boys in the movie have also developed as the movie went on and I couldn’t help but think that in their real life they’ve probably woken up to boners and s*men and stuff. And looking back it’s just ugh. Idk if it’s sexual relevance but I genuinely let myself indulge in these thoughts and groinal responses and I remember thinking to myself I don’t want to be attracted to little kids and how do I stop myself (everyone has attractive qualities so in younger boys I see man like qualities). Idk I need help. I wouldn’t type this out if I truly believe I was messed up but I’m still scared
