@brandnewday He getting weird about the word “fantasizing” sounds like a whole lot of not your problem, honestly. He sounds like the weird one to me 😂😂😂 I personally call it false scenarios. I think my brain becomes anxious about relationships and other topics of interests and makes up a scenario to see how I would deal with it myself. And it can feel super real sometimes. The best thing I’ve found for myself is to sit with the discomfort and journal about how I feel once the panic passes. 10/10 times the anxiety is about something only tangentially related to the scenario. 🤷🏽

@Hyucklechuckles Like I have this one reoccurring scenario that will change over time about falling in love with a friend I’m not actually into and I’ve come to the conclusion that it was originally because I was lonely and afraid and that the most recent iteration stems from fearing that ANY friendship I make with a man is a lie. And it’s just because I’ve had a few bad experiences in a row. I just let the scenario was through me at this point. 🤷🏽
