Feeling Like I'm Failing
It's like the end of November and up to this point OCD has been relentless. With constant attacks, causing me fear and discomfort. Last night I started worrying what if I'm losing progress, or not doing enough? It's clear that's the OCD speaking because I always get through the day. It can be frustrating though when the same thing comes back and triggers you. All I can do is keep living one day at a time. To not let the OCD slither its way in and take away my hope.
