Hi
I'm new here, my names Hannah and I've been diagnosed with ocd for 10 years. I've been on 80mg of Prozac for the last few years along with adderall of ADHD. I'm not really sure how this app works but if I'm being completely honest I don't really see my ocd going away, I guess the thought of it going away kinda scares me? Like what if it goes away then I don't check my stove and my house catches on fire. I definitely want to work on my symptoms but I don't know if I want my ocd to be completely gone, I guess I wouldn't be like me then. I would like to work on my breathing ocd (not sure if there's a real term), I convince myself my throat is shutting and give myself panic attacks which has been happening a lot recently. I also have been having issues with food, I convince myself I can't breath because I ate food so somehow it's either blocking my throat or because I'm over weight my body is just not letting me breath. But yeah that's me hopefully this app will do something to help
