Hi emmahitam, I’m sorry the thoughts are so bad right now, I feel your pain. I have felt debilitated by my own intrusive thoughts, to the point of just not knowing what to do with them. It can feel scary, frustrating, just plain exhausting. Keep reaching out for support. You are not alone in the struggle ❤️
I'm sorry you're experiencing these themes. They can be horrible. The good news is they're treatable with ERP therapy. Are you in therapy with a trained OCD therapist who uses ERP?
