Twin flame/breakup

I’m really struggling with this bc not many understand the TFJ and I’m contemplating cutting him off bc I get triggered by my friend from Spain telling me she feels bad for him, using the same song I used on a story post of him and I for her and her bf, and just not fully understanding what I’m going through. I’m convinced if it doesn’t work out between him and I they will betray me and get together, because he wants to get a place in Spain and travel around Europe . But realistically idk if that will happen anytime soon. I’m just really hurt and stuck and scared bc I believe in manifestations and our thoughts creating our reality to some extent. I want to block both him and her on everything, even though she is innocent rn, I don’t fully trust her and think she wants to come to the US / be like me bc she copied the song. So I wouldn’t put it past her to betray me for him . But also he said he doesn’t find her attractive . So this could be my ocd

Personally it feels like your relationship OCD has your heart & rational mind spinning. Then add your manifestation beliefs on top of everything else, I'm sorry your battling this cycle. What helps me is using WISE-MIND. Briefly, imagine 3 overlapping circles. The far left circle is your intense emotional thought. The far right circle is the opposite, it's your rational thought. @RRazz I blocked him on everything and he’s ignoring me and I think I ruined it by communicating my feelings and being too emotional and impulsive

I know it's hard but maybe less is more in the current situation. Regulating feelings & emotions suck. I get it. Are you reacting to things quickly without thinking about it first?

@RRazz Yes but he’s said a hurtful things to me last night and he isn’t responding to my texts or calls and I’m scared I ruined it for good

@RRazz I spammed him with texts and calls and I’m not getting a response and I think he’s over it. He told me he need a chill girl who matches his vibe when he was drunk last night and said I’m tripping bc I posted something on my story that said “I love freaks” as a joke

@RRazz He thinks I’m bipolar but I’ll def take the opinion. I fall in love with men way too easily and he knows that and I always torture myself with wanting people I cannot realistically have and wishing things were different than what reality is

@RRazz I genuinely think it’s like a drug addiction to me. Like latching onto my next safety net and feeling like everything in me depends on how they feel ab me and if we fall in love and like visualizing our future and romanticizing
