Guys I need help 18

Guys I'm scared because I'm 18 years old and basically I had a thought of a girl I like from last year we used to kind of date and at the time I was 17 and she was 16 and lately I just been thinking about her and I got aroused and basically I fell arousal when I started to kind of reminisce about past experiences and watching pornography while at the same time it was like founding over those memories but my thoughts just tell me I'm a pedo for doing that because of the age back then and thinking of it I don't know what to do I feel like a monster but I would also have intrusive thoughts and images of her and how she looked back then because I haven't seen what she looked like in a while other than last year I just feel like a monster can someone help me manage these if anyone has a similar experience please let me know

You’re 18, pedophilia is more for like very very young people. Also it’s from your own memories everyone thinks about old memories, if they’re from your own mind and about a memory you were involved in that would not be weird at all especially because you used to be attracted to her. It’s not like you just can’t remember being attracted to her and her body. As a woman this doesn’t sound weird or pedo-ish at all. Especially because you can acknowledge she was attractive for her age. It’s like if you were dating the same girl rn and you remembered you guys being intimate at 15 that wouldn’t be weird because the age is still so close to you rn and it’s your own memory. It’d only be weird if you were like seeking out minors. Also freshman date seniors all the time it’s different than being a pedo, like if you were 17 yesterday and turned 18 the next, you don’t automatically loose all possible attraction to 16 yr olds your just supposed to pursue ppl your age now.

@LittleBright We also were together when we were younger like 16 and 15 I was older by a year during yk doing my thing I also had a thought of that also arousal from those moments God I'm such a monster

@LittleBright Being 18 doesn’t automatically make you not attracted to high school age individuals it just means you need to pursue ppl your own age now. You can acknowledge that young woman can be attractive for their age just don’t pursue them.

@LittleBright Also that feeling can come from anything just tell yourself it’s just your body responding to something that triggers that feeling and move on it’s not that deep I promise and you can’t control it.

From someone else’s point of view even if you did, I think you’re overreacting it’s not like she was 12. Just don’t stress it’ll get better.

@LittleBright Still finding myself upset over these thoughts I feel like a weirdo because during that time when I was having those thoughts about them I decide to talk to her and while we were talking like I'm more aroused and then I make up the lie thing I have to go somewhere but in reality I was going to do my thing and then those thoughts just fill my mind I don't know I feel like a weirdo
