To all OCD experts: How similar can Sexual OCD get to resembling paraphilic disorder?

So this may be breaking ERP best practices, but nevertheless - how can sexual ocd still be ocd if some people feel arousal (even if not ultimately desired)?? How can people with SOCD and Paraphilic Disorders both say "I have unwanted sexual thoughts that make me feel awful"? Can SOCD actually just be Paraphilic Disorder with intense anxiety attached? Has anyone with SOCD actually found out about or developed an unwanted attraction???
