Explain your experience with somatic OCD?
I’m not sure if I have a great understanding of it, but based on the name I think I have it. One of the ways my OCD presents itself (and most distressing nowadays) is the CONSTANT need to make my body feel “right.” I am constantly doing movements to make my body feel even and balanced. I don’t know how to make that make more sense. Do any of you get it?
