Can I Get Better if I Still Daydream?
I tend to spend a lot of time in my head playing out scenarios because they are comforting; not out of fear or avoidance. Daydreams about life, relationships, love, what compassion looks like. It can sometimes get obsessive when it revolves around my OCD theme. Can I still get better if I'm daydreaming about it?
