Thoughts
I have gotten to the point where my OCD is consuming me. I always try to notice how I have no symptoms of my health concerns when I’m distracted, but then it comes right back. I used to feel okay at work but it’s starting to consume me there so it makes me think maybe there really is something wrong with me. I always think about that what if, and it doesn’t stop. Does anyone have any tips. I feel like it’s winning.
