Panic attacks
I struggle with controlling my emotions as far as panic attacks go. Every time my current intrusive thought appears (which is about ever hour of the day at this point) I start to panic even when I know it’s not really I still panic. Breathing techniques rarely work bc I can’t focus on my breathing. I also have been waking up every morning with panic attacks and when I had the thought before back in august (it took a few months break, it still appeared occasionally but not nearly as bad as these flare ups I guess) I would constantly wake up in panic. Any thoughts or tips to help? Thanks!
