I keeping doubting myself
Any advice for how to stop doubt the doubt about if the thoughts are true. Sometimes I feel like I set up my brain to think these things and allow them to come into my brain if that makes sense. It makes me feel guilty because I feel like I want them there when in all honesty I want them gone. I just can’t shake the feeling of doubting and hating myself for my thoughts.
