anyone have any luck with this med? tapering off lexapro and trying this.. hope I find some relief 🙏🏻

I have been taking Prozac for I think 5 years now and it's worked great for me, my only issue is I'm at 80mg and would like to get down at some point

I’ve tried it but didn’t have any luck almost had an opposite reaction later found out that my body doesn’t handle SSRI’s very well. I wish you the best of luck!

It’s prob different for everyone but it never really helped me? I felt nothing changed But don’t let that discourage you bc we’re different people!

Lexapro
Has anyone on here been on Lexapro before ? I just recently started it and I just wanted to see if anyone went through similar symptoms and if they went away at all. It started out as me feeling extremely tired all day long and now recently I feel numb like I have no feeling or reaction to anything like I used to before starting this medication. Has anyone gone through this? Does it go away after a while? Do you end up feeling normal and able to cope with the OCD better? Any feedback would be really helpful. Thank you

prozac stories
can anyone give me some insight on this? i was given 20 mg of prozac by my doctor to help me calm down while i wait for a psychiatrist appointment for ocd (i went in for an ekg because i was worried. nothing was wrong) yesterday was the 2nd dose, should i expect anything? i almost feel like it keeps me up at night since i take it around 7 pm, and i already have been sleeping poorly for a week or so.

I’m working with a new psychiatrist for medication. She suggested both prozac or luvox. wondering what has worked for people or any suggestions
