I need advice on meds!

I would say break down a list of things that are helping you stay stable. If it outweighs the things that you still feel like need a little not help then I’d consider anti depressants. I started taking mine because I genuinely started feeling depressed and had just lost my job. I have a new job now , and things seem to be looking up , but I still feel low. I may either need a change or get off them entirely. I don’t know yet, but anti depressants have helped many people feel ALIVE again. It just takes time and sometimes finding the right medication and dosage

What kind of therapy are they offering at the clinic? Is it designed specifically for OCD and includes ERP therapy? I ask this because no drug is a panacea. You need active therapy from a trained OCD therapist to go along with it. The give away, in my opinion, is the ERP therapy. If they're not using it, they don't know OCD and you should find a trained OCD therapist. Many good ones through this site.
