You don't have to judge yourself. I find for me that I laugh and smile a lot. I suffer from a lot of facial tension. I'm not laughing / smiling bc I'm happy. Its a fear response. It wasn't safe for me growing up to look scared so sometimes I have an opposite seeming reaction, but deep down I actually am coping with feeling scared. I don't judge you at all. đHope this helps.

@whatever. facts this happens to me alll the time. i get scared that imma enjoy seeing it i guess? or get desensitized to it?

Remember, your thoughts arenât what make you a good or bad person, your behavior is. Obviously you wouldnât pull a knife on a kid in real life, since youâre so distressed by the idea of someone doing it in real life. Your response to a video online does not make you a bad person.

Everyone here has commented great things!! I would just like to add that you were set up to respond a certain way BECAUSE of the context provided (the âfunniest videosâ tweet). Whether you agreed with it or not, the shock factor of the video combined with that context was more likely to make you laugh than not.
