I go through this too. It's called depersonalization when you feel like you are viewing your actions "outside" of yourself. It's called derealization when the world around you feels blurry, hazy, lifeless, etc. These are both related to the idea of disassociation. I'm going through this right now as well. Once we emerge from our episodes though, we will return to the present moment and these issues will fade.

I would say to keep putting yourself out there and trying. The best thing to do is be vulnerable…it’s okay to feel down from time to time. Do things that make you happy and comfy for a while, too.

@Jemma_Dan Maybe focus on the basics, eating good, exercising, etc. I am sorry you are going through this.

WOW! When I read this, I felt like I would have written it word for word. It's exactly what I am feeling . I have chronic illness, I had to have my stomach and large intestine removed and now that has caused chronic pancreatitis and my pancreas is now not working right. It is producing too much insulin so I suffer with low blood sugar always I think I have been dealing with my physical health for so long that I have neglected my mental health. My OCS and ADHD control my life I feel embarrassed trying to get help because I don't want others to judge me for having SOMETHING ELSE WRONG 😔
