What if I’m not going in-depth enough with my therapist? And now I’m miss diagnosed. What if I lied to her to make myself feel better? I can’t stop my brain from spinning.

I don’t know if it helps but I feel exactly the same sometimes; I can’t help but feel like having therapy/ a diagnosis is an “excuse”; all I can say is do your best to accept your diagnosis as is for now regardless of the what if’s (WAY harder said than done but I believe in you, if that helps any!)
