So ERP and living positively helps. I have come this far almost to the point I barely have intrusive thoughts. I have been practicing having compassion for myself as well as working on mindfulness. Biggest thing I can say is our road to recovery is not the same. But keep fighting and have compassion for yourself. Everyday won't be the same, some days might be easy and some may be hard.
