When did everyone start feeling better after erp / counseling??
I’m beginning erp next week—I was learning cbt and act for the past three months to learn how to cope with the thoughts, urges and feelings
Now I’m onto the main treatment
My whole thing is not knowing if I am a lesbian or not, that’s what gives me so much anxiety. But not wanting to be a lesbian, but also feeling like i dont wanna be straight.
Just ya know classic ocd
I don’t know how much longer I can survive with this
