Health thoughts
Today was day 3 of Prozac and I feel hopeless at coming out of my health obsessions. I had probably 20 different body sensations that were scary to me. I’m exhausted and depressed😔 Luckily, my mom came to stay with me tonight and that made me feel better but I know I’m going to have to find a way to sit with these symptoms. How do you sit through something when it makes you feel as if you’re literally dying?
