My OCD
I have been dealing with OCD for years and i’m unsure what to do about it. I always have to do an action multiple times until it feels right and i have problems trusting what i do. for example, when i go up to go to bed, i check the lock 3 or more times because i don’t trust that i did it correctly. if i don’t check i literally feeling like i’m going to die. i have literally no clue how to make it better and i really don’t have the time to seek therapy.
