Pangs of mood drops, and key, and sadness
I’ve noticed as I’m tracking my themes currently, and doing ERP, I feel so overwhelmed. One negative feeling will set me off even if the thoughts aren’t there, and I noticed I’ve basically compulsively been doing ERP to feel better. I’ll feel so defeated quickly because of this feeling. Is this overwhelming feeling, and being disconnected a part of the discomfort? I’m pretty new to ERP, and doing so correctly, so any advice would be appreciate.
