Mood swings tips?
I feel like the mood swings associated with waves of OCD throughout the day and sometimes the most frustrating part. I’ll be okay for a good portion of the day, and then my mood will drop tremendously, sometimes from a thought, sometimes from dreading the feeling that sones with it. I generally rebound within 2 hours, and can function again, and go about my day. I’ve gotten basically compulsive about this, because I want to be able to control my mood. Anyone have any tips for this?
