celebrating a win
Sometimes I get to the end of the line with a rumination spiral when I’ve looked at an event from every angle and I finally get some lasting relief. I’ve been stuck on one theme for a week and I think I’ve found myself again at the end of it. Feeling at peace today! 🤍☮️ I’m hoping this theme doesn’t come back (at least for a while) but in the event that it does, I’m thinking about writing down all of the thought loops that I got stuck in as sort of a way to do expedite the process and lessen the amount of time I spend ruminating. Has anyone tried this?
