does anyone struggle with mental snapshotting?
i don’t think that’s an actual term ocd or otherwise, but its kind of the best way to describe it. just trying to get as many objects and people as feel important to you within eye frame and trying to take like the perfect mental picture of it? and trying in different ways until it feels ‘right’ - not adjusting things in the space just yourself. kind of a way of blessing things especially when i’m leaving a room or place idk, but if anyone has experienced stuff like that i would really like to know ab it and also what’s helped you minimize it
