Is my OCD causing me to obsessively visualize a phone game?

i’ve been posting a ton on here recently. my OCD is taking over. recently i’ve been playing this game on my phone for hours at a time for the last couple of days. today when i was about to fall asleep all my mind could picture was the game and all the features of the game. i couldn’t change it to anything else it always went back to the game , maybe bc i was focusing on it?? then i woke up and i thought it would be better because i did not dream about the game but now when i close my eyes for longer then a blink i still see a vivid image of the game and the features. it’s freaking me out and my ocd is telling me it’s gonna start happening when my eyes are open too. has anyone experienced this?

That's normal lol, ofc if you play a lot or you spend a lot of time in a blue light screen that's what's gonna happen, you shouldn't obsess about it, instead try reducing the time you play and rest your eyes

dw abt it if you stare at your screen to often and too long your mind and eyes will play tricks on you, stop playing the game for hrs tho lol, I play roblox way to much and usually I get blurry vision, it goes away, nothing to worry abt :)

This has certainly happened to me with lots of things. One example I remember was I spent a lot of time playing Minecraft and all I could see when I was trying to sleep or closing my eyes was what I was building in Minecraft. It felt like it lasted forever but it probably wasn't even a week. It's much harder with OCD of course, because focusing on it makes it worse. Just know it happens to a lot of people

Does anyone relate? I have really bad schizo OCD.. and before I had a lot of other themes but because the schizo theme is current and taking over the other ones have kind of been pushed to the side and all I can focus on is becoming crazy.. Well these past couple of days have been bad and as soon as I wake up I have this like really uncomfortable feeling in my chest.. no matter how much sleep I get or if I wasn’t stressed before going to bed. Then another thing I guess since I don’t have thoughts about really anything else for the day (ex. What are my tasks today, I’m excited for this today, oh I’m hungry.. etc) my thoughts are kind of all over the place about my schizo ocd and then it’s to the point I have random conversations that don’t even make sense in my head or I hear family members voices in my head saying something but it’s like I know it’s all my mind doing it but it still confuses me why random thoughts I didn’t think pop up or why I’m hearing it in their voice but this only happens when I first wake up or if I’m falling asleep. Then once it happens my brain is like.. does this mean I’m going crazy and starting to hear voices.. idk it’s literally driving me crazy..

OCD literally playing games with me?

So I have hocd and my OCD literally plays games of chance. Like if I don't see a certain car brand in a certain time frame that makes me gay. It's absolutely ridiculous. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this.
