Does anyone suffer from the fear of schizophrenia or having psychosis or being possessed just want to know I’m not the only one I feel like us as ocd sufferers think we’re alone
I think anyone with anxiety often has the fear of losing control - usually through some form of mental\spirutual condition. I think ego dystonic intrusive thoughts make you feel like losing your mind, and you can't make sense of them - apart from if you stop being yourself (through posession etc). It, like any other fear, will pass if you don't respond to it (not easy at first). You're definitely not alone. Be kind to yourself.
There is no limit to what OCD can make you think! Bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis, depersonalisation.....the list goes on. Stay strong my friend and remember its not you, its OCD. Show yourself love and kindness x

Hi everyone. So recently I have been feeling so scared and paranoid of going crazy. I am terrified of i will go crazy and turn schizo. I’m so hyper aware of everything. My mind convinces me that I will end up like this but I really don’t want to.It’s my biggest fear and I think abt it almost everyday and I can’t handle it anymore. I just want to be ok. I have told my parents this and they say it’s all in my head and just laugh at me. I know it’s in my head but I physically feel sick to my stomach being constantly scared. Please someone help me please please. Thank you.
does anyone else experience extreme fear of developing psychosis or schizophrenia or derealization. I literally freak myself out so much that it makes me physically sick. I’m so scared of developing these and it keeps coming up all over my TikTok and Google. It’s freaking me out.
Any Christian’s with religion ocd and relationship ocd I feel so alone
