is there anyone who can talk I really just need someone who can maybe leave some insight about the specific issue im having I'm so scared and everything is too vague and it's important
Honestly I’d say challenge your ocd and talk to him and if he gets all offended or doesn’t understand and try’s to call anything off then maybe he truly isn’t meant to be
I'm not sure because I feel like it's definitely reasonable to feel hurt it a situation like that even if you know the possible reasoning. he's been there for me through all of my ocd aubtypes and ones that have made me question my relationship with him before, but for some reason this one just feels so much more intense and real.

I'm having a really hard time and I can't figure out of its rocd or something to actually address in my relationship. I can't imagine or picture getting married or getting proposed to by my boyfriend at all and it is making me feel so anxious and guilty and I can't figure out why I can't imagine that stuff because I love him but what if my relationship is doomed because I can't imagine our future? what if I have a fear of loneliness and my relationship is not going anywhere? I feel so sick with guilt and feel the need to talk about this with my partner but I can't do it because what if I completely break his heart or he thinks we should break up
@stxrmads i’ve felt this way too, i can tell you that this one feels super intense because it feels so real and surrounds something we do want. i think avoiding this will make the feeling worse and rise more so i would suggest a conversation with him opening up about these fears because remember they are fears and thoughts not beliefs. don’t challenge yourself to think the thoughts you want and instead let go and focus on you. surrender to not know what will happen and allow those thoughts to fight amongst eachother without reacting them. i can tell you as someone who has going through this, once i dealt with my root issues and i started really focusing on me, those future thoughts are something i get and it makes me feel good and excited. still a little tinge of panic and worry but nothing like before. i carrying around a new perception of what i want i must for:)

i think i really need someone to talk to, I’m starting to feel like more and more everyday like I’m insane, if someone would be willing to private message with me or something id really appreciate it. if not it’s fine if it’s reassurance seeking.
Is there a therapist or a specialist on here that I can briefly chat with? Or maybe an OCD conqueror who’s very familiar with the disorder? I need an experienced person to talk to me so bad. I just really wanna talk to somebody about what I’m going through so that I feel less alone, and so I can maybe get help managing my symptoms. Thank you in advance ♥️
