I’m with you there. I just started a workbook “mindfulness workbook for OCD” by Hershfield and for at least today it’s been helping. It can definitely be triggering too though
Excellent book. Make sure to answer all of the questions honestly no matter how difficult the process is. Then you can create an Imaginal Script with your answers, record it, and listen to it as part of your ERP exercises.
