ERP
So i’m new to erp i’ve only had 2 therapy sessions so far and from what i understand erp is basically exposing yourself to uncertainty and not falling into your compulsions. Tik tok is so anxiety inducing to me because i latch onto new obsessions so quickly and randomly and so i feel like it’s making my ocd worse but also tik tok is almost a compulsion for me i use it to distract myself from my thoughts. And i know ERP is to expose yourself so at the same time id be exposing myself but also going into an compulsion? should i delete the app or continue using it?
