Accepting the thoughts.
Accepting the thoughts makes me feel like they’re real. Whenever the thought comes I try not to do anything, and all I say to it is “okay” or “cool” or just let it be there. It makes me feel wrong for having it because it makes it feel like it’s the truth. I didn’t have a problem with this before but now it’s like I’m scared that if I don’t do anything that it will make it true which is so OCD I know lol . Please if anyone has been through this before, leave your comment down below and help a girl out 🥹
