Testing people’s love
Okay so this might have to do with being abandoned as a kid by my mom or feeling abandoned by everyone in life but Anyones brain just pop up random bad thoughts that if you said out loud that person would hate you for and you wonder whether that person would still love you and know it’s your ocd or be terrified that they would think that’s your true feelings?! Which you know are not your true feelings but you are self sabotaging. But you therapist tells reassures you it’s not you it’s your thoughts!
