involuntarily movement and intrusive thoughts
sometimes when i’m anxious or have intrusive thoughts my hips involuntarily move foward for a quick second and it makes me think i do it bc i agree with my intrusive thoughts and that makes me panic … most of the time i don’t realize i did the movement until it already happened , there was one time where i knew it was about to happen and instead of fighting it i just let it happen ( i thought ignoring it will make it go away )which made me feel even worse … any advice ?
