Hi there!! I know this feels really overwhelming and scary, try to breathe in for 5 seconds, hold for 5, and exhale for 5. The “what ifs” are ALWAYS scarier than the reality. It’s ok that you’re scared, but I want to share that I’ve left the house today and everything seems ok friend. If something happens, there’s nothing you can do to prevent it - and you are MORE THAN CAPABLE to deal with whatever life throws at you. I hope this helps.. 🫶🏻
Hi sweetheart. Are you alone? I got caught in a nasty ice storm last year at college that left my area without power, wifi and cellular for a week!! I couldn’t even contact my family!!! It was terrifying. I can relate to that apocalyptic fear. I survived though! What helped me was having someone to keep me company and remind me that, even in a time of difficulty, we do not have to withstand that suffering alone. I noted you still have wifi! If you are alone, try and connect with a friend, or family member through FaceTime or even just a couple messaging. If you have no one to contact, I find Youtube videos are a great way to give a sense of community when you don’t have anyone to talk to.

i get anxiety attacks for everything ugh i hate it!!!😕just now i got anxiety over accounts i blocked in my tik tok and im overthinking why i blocked them in the first place and wondering if they said anything to me for me to block them :( even though i know i never talked to those accounts i keep overthinking it’s so tiring :( my anxiety doesn’t let me be calm
Something came up on my fyp on tiktok. The possibility of asteroid Apophis hitting the earth in 2029 and 2036. NASA assured it wouldn’t hit instead coming between the moon and earth. The comments are all fear mongering. They say you can’t trust NASA and they’d have a reason to lie to the common folk. If it was about anything else i’d wave it away because I don’t give sceptics the time of day but this is bothering me severely. I’ve been staring at a wall for the past hour absolutely terrified and trying my best not to reassure myself. This is horrible for me, because images of my own death and that of the world keep relentlessly attacking my psyche. I wish i could just wave this off but it’s sticking to me terribly.
Hi everyone. So recently I have been feeling so scared and paranoid of going crazy. I am terrified of i will go crazy and turn schizo. I’m so hyper aware of everything. My mind convinces me that I will end up like this but I really don’t want to.It’s my biggest fear and I think abt it almost everyday and I can’t handle it anymore. I just want to be ok. I have told my parents this and they say it’s all in my head and just laugh at me. I know it’s in my head but I physically feel sick to my stomach being constantly scared. Please someone help me please please. Thank you.
