Looking for YouTube channel and social group recommendations for self-improvement.

I’m 21 and would definitely benefit from a social group. I am also undiagnosed but I know it’s ocd since I relate to so many things and everything makes sense. Let me know if you manage to get into a social group

If you become an NOCD member, you have access to support groups held everyday. Also, IOCDF.org has a list of in-person/virtual support groups for adults living with OCD. I would say to stay away from reddit as it can be triggering to some. I’m 30 and also thrive in community settings.

I'm diagnosed since my young teen years but I never knew what ocd was and it was never a primary diagnosis, they were always focused on anxiety and depression and eventually I stopped going to therapy. So I consider myself undiagnosed because it wasn't until a few years ago where I started to recognize the symptoms but I haven't been to therapy again yet. I would definitely benefit from a social group or a group chat type of thing but I fear it could turn into a reassurance chamber yk? Who knows

I am also undiagnosed but I relate so much as well. I’m figuring things out with my insurance to get a diagnostic so that I can get a therapist from NOCD covered. I’ve been doing CBT therapy and I think it’s making it worse for me. It all started with my anxiety going through the roof and then OCD (pure “o”) hit. When OCD hit I was studying on how to get my anxiety symptoms better and then I started avoiding to study about it bc that was triggering my existential rumination): I’d love to be in a social group too since it helps me feel less isolated - I’m 24 btw
