me convincing myself that all my devices must simultaneously be hacked and that im being watched though none of them show any signs of them being used by anyone else other than myself š fun (but also having to sit with uncertainty and not try to interrogate it any further)
OMG paranoia is so real, one time I spent 8 hours of my day looking for a camera in my house (we donāt own any) imagine me crying and convincing myself I found a small camera (it was just dust) I spent 8 hours to make sure I wasnāt delusional and just gave up and cried again until I fell alseep.

When Im in a low mood I think that people staring at me and gossip about me such a paranoid thought and makes me feel anxious

I donāt know what I have but I use to think people could look up at my window even though I live in the 4th floor and the window had blinds and I would constantly check to see someone was looking at my window or if the guy in front was staring at me

@moon027097 It really was, I had to buy dark curtains and at some point I still thought that people can look through it
ever since i was little ive always thought someone was going to hurt me or was watching me even if it wasnāt in a bad way. i remember vividly thinking when i was under the age of 10 that my cousin used to watch me through my mirror so id put on shows for her or like an imaginary camera was following me and i used to still do this until my thoughts went from innocent to the FBI or CIA is watching me and now its always negative. i feel crazy
this sounds really frightening. you aren't alone. i think to some extent, i've also had this fear of being watched since I was very young. i feel crazy all the time as well. thank you for sharing this with me, it makes me feel less alone, but it sucks that this is troubling you as well.
When im around family everything feels under control and normal and i believe that I am not struggling with anything. Almost as if im living in a bubbleā¦But the moment i am alone i start questioning myself, my experiences, my thoughts, my emotions. I start worrying over small things or become focused on my body sensations when i think that food will not sit well with me, feel sad and emotionalā¦.idk i feel like this sounds crazy and stupid coming from a 28 year oldā¦.
I've become so obsessed with knowing whether my devices are hacked or not that I have been getting little sleep. I switch my phone off at night but I can't stop checking it intermittently to see if it's switched on by itself when I'm not looking. Nothing has happened, but I'm wired. Ugh
Paranoiaā¦ I need to know because Iām feeling very alone in this. Iāve never met someone with the level of paranoia that I have. I can logically explain things to myself and somehow my paranoia convinces me of another story. Iām constantly thinking exaggerated thoughts that there are so many scary possibilities. Am I alone in this or what? If so any suggestions on how to calm these thoughts
