Law of attraction doubt about ocd

I read on Facebook that the brain emits low frequencies, which means it can connect to universe and then our thoughts will connect to universe and make them true. Is that correct?Does ocd thoughts will connect to frequencies and make our thoughts true?I fear about law of attraction. Does law of attraction and manifestation make our thoughts true without action?

scientifically speaking, this is incorrect and/or a misinterpretation— the only thing that is true about our thoughts is that they are real neurons moving around in our brain. they are not self fulfilling prophecies or things that are inevitably going to be manifested into real life. i would stay away from the toxic spirituality on facebook where it’s just a bunch of people engaging in pseudoscience and misunderstandings of theories

@Shopiya there’s a lot of people who don’t believe in science lol, also not everyone is media literate, so some people just see a post about it, believe it immediately, and don’t question it because FOR THEM it’s safe to believe (i.e. if i think about being rich, i will become rich, and that makes me feel safe because i am not financially stable rn). but i’d also say it’s the same way some people don’t believe in climate change

@Shopiya also, some people believe it because they correlate anecdotal experiences to causation. i.e. “that one time i manifested being rich, i found $100 on the ground” so it’d easier for them to feel like they have “evidence” for the pseudoscience they saw online.

@Shopiya ofc, i want to be respectful of everyone’s beliefs and whatnot, everyone has the freedom to express and believe their spirituality (or lack there of) however they please, but please do not let something with no actual professionally scientific evidence make you believe that if you think something, it will happen. the most we know is that if you telll yourself everyday something, you might feel that way (i.e. “i am a good person deserving of good things” will make you feel so, regardless of whether you are or not, in the same way “i am a bad person and deserve nothing” may also make you feel that way regardless of your actions) then you may more frequently feel those attitudes. but you are more than your thoughts, your actions are a completely different level than whatever it is that you think :)

Confusing OCD with instinct

Does anyone ever feel like you know you have OCD, but at the same time you think it might actually be you connecting to a higher consciousness or vibration that is trying to control your decisions so that the outcome does not turn out bad kind of like the butterfly effect. It drives me crazy because I know I’m conscious that it’s OCD but at the same time I overthink and feel like it might be a higher power trying to warn me that I’m not doing something right, like example; if I flip the trash can lid a couple more times it’s going to pervert something bad from happening and that why I’m sensing I’m not doing it right, because if I spent a little more time there and if I would have left earlier the outcome would’ve been different. Or say I just fight through it and choose to ignore it, but then I’ll carry that negativity/worry of not feeling like I did it right and will project it out into existence because the thought won’t leave my head and in a way your seeking it out into existence since you keep thinking about it, kind of like an affirmation?

Magical Thinking

I am extremely afraid to get pregnant because of these can anyone please help me. I have OCD, and it involves thought-action fusion. Because of my OCD, I struggle to logically understand how thoughts could turn into actions.What is meant by thoughts are thoughts only. I feel like my thoughts might turn into actions just because I think them in detail ( ex if i think something bad with detaily who meet accident then it will happen to my family also )Can thoughts really turn into actions if I think about them deeply? Can anyone please help me 🙏🙏😭

My OCD is telling me: Is there anything in this world that has no value or power? Then how can you say ocd thoughts have no power or value?.
