Have you experienced this?
I get anxiety about eye contact and make sure I don’t give people a weird look. It causes me to be hyper aware and become dissociated.

I have also experienced that!!!
i’ve experienced this as well you’re not alone my psychiatrist told me i was being hypersensitive
@rosegolden143 Sorry your psychiatrist said that. Hyper aware and sensitive seem to come with OCD territory and should not be labeled as hyper sensitive in my mind.
@Erin P thank you for that i also agree with you
does anyone else experience extreme fear of developing psychosis or schizophrenia or derealization. I literally freak myself out so much that it makes me physically sick. I’m so scared of developing these and it keeps coming up all over my TikTok and Google. It’s freaking me out.
Anyone ever have a conversation and think you said a intrusive thoughts out loud. Then you panic and go over and over the convo , reviewing it and remembering people's reactions,to see if they noticed your thoughts or read your lips? Sometimes it feels like I have to look away when talking as the thoughts could be shouted out if we make eye contact .such a powerful erge to say thoughts out load . . It's like the more you fight off the thoughts the louder they want to be . You can feel your self bubbling up inside . Then you get one and boom ,you think you've said it out load.
please i need someone to share experiences... - that a certain facial expression of a person to whom ocd is attached causes a lot of thoughts that are connected to that facial expression, and that the images in your head are very detailed, and that they have a sound, words, and that you have a feeling of some kind of crawling from the groin all over your body?
