I’m done

Guys I don’t know what to do, my boyfriend says he doesn’t want to be me with me anymore because I abused him emotionally and I didn’t know It. When he would make a mistake I would be really upset because it would either make me cry or feel some type of way so I would blow things out of proportion and be petty as a result. But now he’s saying I abused him over these years and he doesn’t want to be with me. That he doesn’t feel anything when I cry. I can’t take that. I love him so much I’ve always just loved him?? I just responded badly to our problem and I fixed how I responded but now he just doesn’t care anymore.

This says a lot about how your boyfriend sees your relationship. Relationships are ups and downs, you need to communicate and learn from each other.

Oh my gosh!!! That's crazy. I am so sorry you have to deal with the guilt and grief from your relationship. That sounds awful. It's good to accept that you have hurt someone's feelings, of course, and you know that, but man, you can't just control how your brain initially reacts to a situation either. :/ that sounds really tough to find a balance between taking responsibility for some things and then giving yourself grace for any reaction that really was out of your control. I'm so sorry you have to sift through all of that right now.

I think that, if possible, there should be a sit down between you two to learn what he thinks the abusive reactions are. If you’re serious about being with him then there has to be some learning on your part as well as his. It will be a struggle but my partner and I are able to talk about my OCD triggers even if I do end up getting aggressive with my words, he is able to tell me that I’m going too far and that we can take a moment before rehashing the conversation.

I could really use some support

I’ve been trying my best with ERP and just everything that’s going on. I have severe OCD, GAD, PMDD, panic disorder, recently diagnosed ADHD, and currently experiencing a major depressive episode. Apparently. I was taking a break from this app but I really need support right now. My family is honestly really mean and not understanding of what I’m going through. Right now it’s gotten bad to the point I had to withdrawal from my last semester of university. My only support is my boyfriend and he’s now planning to join the military. I won’t be able to talk to him for 3 months and I feel really scared of being alone with all of this. I know I shouldn’t depend on him to begin with but right now I’m at an extremely low point and I feel like I won’t make it alone. There hasn’t been a single day we haven’t texted and talked in 4 years. I feel really scared, but I don’t want to hold him back. You guys, I feel so sad and terrified right now. I don’t want him to go, he’s all I have.

accidentally hit my cat, then compulsively again..

my cat was smelling my other cat's bottom so to get him away i like quick "slapped" with the dorsal of the hand on his face and i got afraid that i did too hard so i compulsively did it again with similar strenght that i used to check if he was hurt and i regret it, like it wasn't a hard slap meant to hurt, but i did that impulsively and maybe i exceeded a bit over the limit in which it doesn't hurt. like he definetely reacted but i don't know if he was hurt, like he reacted in the moment but nothiny else, and he's lovey dovey. i dont think he was hurt but i feel bad. because if i did it once as a mistake i shouldn't have done the same thing again. i feel like an abuser. there are many things that are happening to me and im getting overwhelmed and i dont know how much longer i can hold on. because one thing i can't do is to forgive myself over mistakes.

Hi I don’t know but I’ve being having so much stress in my relationship with my boyfriend and I feel like I’m upset at him with small things and taking it out on him like when he looks at other girls or when he repost things with girls it upsets me and changes my mood and people tell me to talk about it with him but I don’t know how to talk to him about it because I don’t necessarily know how I feel I feel mad and upset and I feel like crying but I also just can’t express how I feel and I don’t know what to even say to him to communicate how I feel I found this app by googling”how to feel more stable in my relationship” I feel like I’m not in a relationship sometimes and I just want everything to work out with him but I don’t know what to do I wanna feel like all those relationships you see and feel loved and want to have a future but I don’t know how to get there
