hi guys, i’m just coming on here for help or someone to talk to i feel like im going insane im not sure if im going into psychosis or if its just ocd but i feel like im spiraling and right now i just need someone to talk to…im not diagnosed but i do have an appointment with a psychiatrist next week

@Anonymous okay so i went to a concert in july and i got high and i hated it so i kinda developed a fear of weed but like it was tolerable but it wasn’t until i went to take the train that i had a panic attack bc this man was smoking around me and i thought i would get second hand high, and i feel like from then on i just spiraled like at first i was worried bc the anxiety wasn’t going away, than that died down and i started worrying about something i did in the past that ive never worried about before and this hasn’t died down it just became tolerable, then while i was working i got bit by a rat and that started a whole new spiral like my anxiety wasn’t through the roof, and than i started getting intrusive thoughts about harming my loved ones and now i feel like im going crazy bc my thoughts are so vivid, and ive just been scared bc i know i wont actually do it im just scared that im going to go into psychosis or just loose it and go through with my thoughts. but ive been extra scared bc ive been having these weird thoughts that someone in a psychosis would have, i dont know im just so confused and scared of myself right now and i know that this whole rundown doesn’t make sense because it doesn’t make sense to me either ive never felt like this or gone through this.
man these few weeks have been so hard. i’m in the process of getting diagnosed with ocd, im almost positive i have it because everything on here relates to me on an insane level. but im just so scared dude. these thoughts of me harming someone are so scary and im so scared im gonna eventually act on them and i know i never want to but its still so scary. like sometimes when i talk to my mom about it i think in the back of my head “you know you want to” when i dont, and it makes me think or gets me scared that i do. these thoughts literally just happened out of nowhere and it messes me up so bad my literal perspective on life in general is just messed up. like i view life as its more common to be a bad person and its rare/hard to be good. can someone please just pray for me or just wish me better days. i dont even like looking at myself anymore and im scared i give off creepy vibes to myself or others now, this sucks so much
i think i really need someone to talk to, I’m starting to feel like more and more everyday like I’m insane, if someone would be willing to private message with me or something id really appreciate it. if not it’s fine if it’s reassurance seeking.
Is there a therapist or a specialist on here that I can briefly chat with? Or maybe an OCD conqueror who’s very familiar with the disorder? I need an experienced person to talk to me so bad. I just really wanna talk to somebody about what I’m going through so that I feel less alone, and so I can maybe get help managing my symptoms. Thank you in advance ♥️
