please tell me im not the only one. 
does anyones else’s thoughts try to convince them that the only way of getting rid of them is by acting on their thoughts?? although i know i’ll never act on my thoughts i fear losing control because of this specific thought. why do these thoughts feel so damn real. i wish they would just LEAVE ME ALONE.

Sometimes I hear a voice in my head not hear a voice get a feeling of a voice telling me to do something or a warning it’s ESP I always thought and it’s a good thing because it’s a warning before someone does something or something bad is about to happen it happened many times in the past chat anytime
