Working on a new self help book
Hello all! I have taken it upon my self as a birthday present to buy an OCD work book for acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) with some erp and mindfulness excersies. I’m currently on the first chapter but I’m excited to start bettering myself and not allow my OCD to control me if anyone has any other recommendations to enhance my arsenal of fighting back let me know!
