Hygiene
Hey everyone, one thing I've always struggled with is hygiene. As someone who struggles with contamination ocd, anything related to personal hygiene can become overwhelming quite fast, leading me to avoid and overall develop bad habits. I was wondering if anyone else struggles with this? I have been trying to get back into having an extremely minimal hygeine routine, because I still have to take care of myself, but am finding it hard. I was wondering what tips people may have, besides doing exposures because I am already in therapy working on my issues lol
