anyone else?
i feel like i go through phases where my intrusive thoughts arent as strong and i’m able to push them out of my head easier. but then i get times where one thought will start bothering me and the second i get bothered by it, i get so many other intrusive thoughts bothering me for days. it’s like the second i let one thought bother me, a whole bunch of other intrusive thoughts start bothering me and popping into my head.
