How many exposures should I push to do daily?
This might be a silly question, but I have been pushing myself to not give in to triggers and sit through the anxiety of exposures. Today I have done this several times and it’s exhausting. My triggers are all over the place right now. Do I just keep pushing through them as things come up? Do I give in at all and take a break? Just needing a bit of guidance. I feel a bit confused and exhausted. Thank you so much
