@bowler5781 Totally get it. My therapist also said that we’re allowed to have secrets. I often struggle with it and am actively working on it

@bowler5781 I feel the same way! You are not alone! But I told myself just the other day, I am beating this OCD thing I’m not going to let it run my life!

I feel you so much however don't let that get to your head, were only human, leave the past in the past because the future brings it's own stories ;)

I'm sorry I know how you feel, I'm the same way my past haunts me but it's my past and we need to move forward. Your partner doesn't need to know everything. I struggle with that but I'm working on it too. It's better to take things to the grave because they don't matter anymore
