Anxiety tensing
Has anyone got to the place where they are more comfortable with thier anxiety to a stimuli, and now due to anxiety not being there loudest voice is the room you can notice a tense or automatic muscle tension in your temples or body while In such environment which triggered anxiety? I feel I often have to recognize I'm tensing up and relax into the anxiety, not to be confused as a compulsion but actually relaxing the muscle group in which causes discomfort in it self as it's your minds way of putting defense shield down per say instead of standing guard. Just curious if anyone else has noticed this. Thanks
