Does anyone's symptoms get worse when it's dark outside? I swear I'll be totally fine and then as soon as the sun goes down I'm a total mess for no reason.

Hey! I started battling intrusive thoughts 3 months ago! My intrusive thoughts do flare up a bit during the night time!
Nighttime is terrible sometimes for me cause sometimes the thoughts follow me in my dreams. And well since I have nothing to think about they attack me then. Just try breathing and tell yourself, “its not helpful obsessing over this thought, I should focus on sleep” and that should help wonders. Much love!
Does anyone like go through waves. Your mind is super silent maybe a couple of thoughts but you are able to brush it off? But then out of nowhere your mind just starts rushing with every thought? If so, how do you cope with this? It drains me.
I always wake up full of dread and fear. My anxiety is through the roof two seconds after I open my eyes. Someone on this app gave me a similar insight once I believe. But I think anxiety is just the urge to ruminate. About what? It probably doesn’t matter, as long as I can torture myself, as OCD loves. Does anyone else relate to this or agree maybe?
I’ve noticed this new obsession with having to pee right before bed, like even if I have to pee a little I can’t fall asleep until my bladder is completely empty. Anyone else have a problem like this or knows how to cope?
