Quick Vent
I honestly try not to use this feature of the app because wi find it can become compulsive to me. Just wanted to have a quick vent and say that it is UNBELIEVABLE how much worse hormones can make my OCD. The week prior, I felt I was making pretty good progress, wasn’t as foggy-brained, more present, and more confident thoughts are just that and if they come up I could handle. This week completely felt like it derailed my progress, and I’m just trying to be compassionate and know it will pass and that progress isn’t linear. Ugh.
